Default Best Fit Wiper Blades

Inspect Your Wiper Blades. Getting ready for a Florida trip and just happened to inspect my wiper blades. Worn and torn without a clue. The AutoZone computer says we take a 22" for the passenger side and 20" for the drivers side. I tried the new Rain-X first. Both were a little longer. The drivers top side would slightly bump the silver painted windshield surround on the high speed setting with water hose spray. Returned! Didn't trust the ugly looking flimsy mounting clip either! Got the Amco 22" and 20". I put the new driver side Amco 20" beside my factory wiper's (mounting anchor clip.) Both Amco's was also a little longer on the top side, than the factory wipers. It also slightly hit the windshilds top post drivers side while spraying water. Didn't trust the ugly looking flimsy mounting clip either. Returned! Got the new Bosch Icon's. 22"and 20" They have the strongest and nicest looking mounting brackets. Kinda like a double secure method of latching. The last inch of the passenger blade hung off away from the windshild just like the Rain-X and Amco. With the drivers side also being a little longer on the top side, and YES....It slightly hits the windshield surround wiith spray from a water hose. DAMN !! Returned! I dropped down one inch on both wipers from the computers suggested application for our cars. 19" and 21"... ##IT FITS and doesn't hit##!! Best looking mounting brackets. Same length from the (mounting bracket) to the top side as our factory wipers. They are both slightly shorter on the bottom side than factory. You're not looking at your hood thru the windshield in that small bottom area anyway. The air foils made into the wiper's aren't reversable, so buy the correct alphabet. Drivers side>Bosch Icon 419A Passenger side>Bosch Icon 421B Squirrel Crusher

Don't forget to treat your windshield with RainX. Greatest stuff out there!
Rain just sheets right off. You don't even need wipers once you get above 30 - 35 mph!

LOL, True, I almost feel bad for having them, so I will do a quick mist swipe just so the blades don't feel left out.

On topic, I recently put 22" & 20" Rain-X blades on mine and they fit just fine...go figure

Dealer supplied a "free" pair of VALEO's on last service. I wasn't sure I liked the look of them and thought I'd replace them pronto. I changed my mind after using them. They've shaped themselves to the curve of the windshield perfectly, no streaks, no studders and are the exact lengths needed. Hope they last!

I've been staying with the OEM MB blades. Note they are not Mopar which Mopar does make blades for our cars. The MB is really good rubber that last a long time although a bit expensive.

If you look closely at the OEM blades you can in fact see that they are made by Valeo. At least mine are.

Would you pass on the MB part #s?

Trivia:
I looked up the part numbers for the OEM blade and it is the same for both sides: # 5099161AA @ $12.50 ea
OTH, the wiper arms are: R = # 5098617AA @ $33.50 & L = # 5098618AA @ $41.48
