Please guys, i need help. Is there anyway to fix water in headlamp without changing whole headlamp casing?

There is a TSB for this problem. I'm not too sure how effective the fix is. I just had both housings replaced for (1) Condensation inside the Housing, and (2) Discoloration of the lens.

The new housings are a bit different in that the "T" shaped silicone rubber tube has been replaced with a small box. Some sort of labyrinthine vent? IDK.

Then just fill: - Year, Make, Model, leave Component on optional to get all results.
Click "Retrieve TSBs"

The TSB's can be found under the SRT6 section, at the top of the page is a sticky with all the Crossfire documentation. The TSB's are in this list.
Try `New Thread' it works. Edit. At the top left of every forum page.

My headlamps were changed for 3 times now (under warranty) and I still have a same problem. They are still with haze inside. Look in my gallery. This year i will have my 4th headlamps and i hope, they will be good

 

A question was asked on the following thread if daytime running lights stopped the condensation problem. I have daytime running lights as is required by law here in Canada and I have never had this problem. I have the original vents on the back of my headlamp housings, as I never needed to get them changed. Is this the answer as corfire has suggested?

Ok, the way I do it:

On the bottom of this page, do you see "Forum Jump"? Use that drop-down menu and choose the forum that makes the most sense. When you click on it, it will display a list of threads in that forum. At the top left, there SHOULD be a button that says "New Thread". Click on that.

At least that's how I do it.

Just had mine done over the weekend. Dealer had me in and out in 3 hours.

 

Did this just appear out of no where or is it something that occurred after installing new bulbs such as replacements bulbs or HIDs?

Sometimes the bulb is incorrectly or not fully pushed into its socket leaving a small amount of space between the housing and the bulb's base. Moisture in the air can get in there and turn the inside of the head lamp casing into a swamp! This happened to me in December when I installed HIDs.

Don't worry there is a solution! Let me know if you recently did a light swap or fiddled with the lights and then I will explain how I fixed mine. If this isn't the case their could be other problems with your head light fixture.
