Default Mcculloch H.I.D kits bi-xenon? is that low and high beam?

I am thinking about getting a Mucculloch hid conversion kit. I was thinking about 6000k kit, I like the slight blue look (similar to mercedes, bmw etc..) My quesiton is regarding the low beams and high beams. If i want to replace both do i need two kits?

Yes, for H7 bulbs (ours) you will need 2 sets, one for each.

It has been noted, by most, with a few noteable exeptions, that using HID's for high beams is not a good idea. As they take 10-30 seconds to come to full brightness.

Hey Brewski, while I don't have my Crossfire...yet, I plan on this being one of my first mods in 6000k also but instead of doing Bi Xenon I might just do low beams and fogs.

For a Bi Xenon conversion they have Bi Xenon kit which means you won't have to buy 2 kits. The Bi Xenon kits are more expensive than a regular HID kit but still cheaper than getting 2 kits. Here is a link to where they have Mcculloch bi xenon kits: http://www.ultrabrightlights.com/pm-...n-hid-kit.aspx

I don't know the reputation of that seller but just wanted to show you that they exist.

Keep us posted and let us know where you get them from, cost, and install w/ pics if possible!

It seems that these are not offered in H7.

BTW, if you want the "slight" blue look like the Mercedes / BMW get the 4300k kit, or 5000k at the highest.

6000k will not be "slight" blue, IT WILL BE 100% BLUE.

Maxi can back me up on this.

I just put 6000k in my crossfire. I already have them in my VW and I love it.

I'm pretty happy with my 6000k's. But I wouldn't say that they are really that blue. Compared to some 8000k or 10000k hid's I have seen. I would also recommend buying two kits at the same time, for the h7, and 9006 fogs. Just incase the color varies from company to company. Not that there are differences, my h9, and h11's on the ninja, look very close to the crossfire.

I bought some 150 dollar specials on Ebay about 2 years ago. They have worked awesome without any problems! 6000k are close to factory for Bimmers, Infinitis, and etc. i didn't want the ridiculous blue like the 8000k and etc.
