HID kit way too cheap?
That is probably just for the headlights, the 60-70 dollar kits work nicely. They don't say anything about ballasts, and the picture just shows bulbs, just like a pair of silverstars, at walmart. I'd look at h7 hid kits instead. If your going to change out the bulbs, might as well upgrade them , while your doing the toughest part of the swap. Just my thoughts, chris
i wasn't going to change my headlights right now... i'm looking at replacing the led's that make the interior lights green. I was just browsing ebay for a speedometer set I could play with so I would still be able to drive my car instead of having the dash apart while i worked on un-soldering 200 green led's and soldering in 200 blue ones...
Have fun with that, it doesn't sound like something I would want to do. But I do miss my white face gauges in the cobra, that were blue at night. Good luck with those led's.
Those aren't true HID's... just bulbs with blue film around the bulb giving a "blue" headlight look... actually produces LOWER light output then the stock halogens..
Stay away and get a true HID kit if you want the extra light.. or the look.
