Hi guys, same here. I would like to purchase the set of "CROSSFIRE" letterings at the back (The trunk) of the car. (these are the actual "CROSSFIRE" words ) Would you have these on sale or if not, would be very grateful if you could refer me to someone who might sell this.

Thank you

Phelan

I'd guess you'll have to replace the whole thing.

NEVER MIND!!
I found one at a Chrysler dealer in Boson. Quirk Chrysler Jeep. $129.00. This may be the last new old stock badge in existence.

The official part number for the set of trunk letters is 05142255AA. They are very expensive at $80USD but I guess the letters are part of the pride of the vehicle so they are worth much more in a sense.

You can purchase them here #05142255AA: Chrysler. Hatch Emblem

They are also available here for $87 USD but I wouldn't shop on that site as it doesn't have SSL encryption to protect your credit card details
Auto part 05142255AA CHRYSLER .NAMEPLATE LETTERING Price $ 106.33 | Car parts online store AutoPartMaster. Offer ? 750466. Auto part .NAMEPLATE LETTERING CHRYSLER 05142255AA the online auto parts store AutoPartmaster. | Offer ?750466 | Delivery term,

The cheapest I have found them is for $45 USD here but not sure if these are oem quality
CROSSFIRE LETTER SET

Thanks.

That guy, a former member, was banned from here twice and is currently banned for scamming money for inferior parts.

Naturally if I am wrong on that issue I will apologize profusely, but I think I will not have to say anything more than that they are probably crap as well. They are just made from thin vinyl, cut out on a decal maker
.

Many people have purchased parts from him and I am sure that at least one of them is happy, maybe more but his mother is for sure, she got a discount.

Leopards cannot change their spots, so I shall add a link to his last exploit here and you can judge for yourself.

Click for a history lesson on how not to trust suppliers. The culprit iin the post should not be confused with the thread starter(s) who were taken in by the promises made by him and his subcontractor.

The parts similar to this product were still sold by him at one time, the development of which were paid for by the financial losses of the investors in the project who paid for a product sight unseen. The threats of physical violence were not carried out, not that I heard anyway. If they were it could have been made into a movie.

Exclamation Re: Trunk CROSSFIRE Lettering

Hello,

I too have lost the letter "I" from my trunk lid. If you happen to find one, please let me know as I would love to get my hands on one ASAP. Thanx, in advance, for any assistance you may be able to offer.

Best,

billyr

I bought a set of the $45 letters and they are worth $1! Not even a second grade substitute. Avoid at all costs

I finally bought the proper name plate from Quirk Jeep in Ma. I think they are a Chrysler dealer. Phone number 781-917-1400.
Part number 5140794AA. It was $129.00 it is identical to the original. You cannot get just one digit for the nameplate.

That was a saga that will not be forgotten soon. Slowly you could see it going pear shaped and when a certain persons name came up, the writing was on the wall. People lost hard earned money there for an item that needed a bracket from the Home Depot and a skilled body man to fit.

I have a spare set of trunk letters that I picked up nearly eight years ago when prices were cheap and I will keep it for the day that a letter falls off.

I gave all of mine away a letter at time. I like them debadged. Some don't and that is fine. But I don't have to dig those towel threads out of the lettering anymore. I do have extra SRT6 emblems. I knew they would get hard to find. I'm sure there are some still out there for the trunk.

Not sure how the Golden Great State of CA enters the equation here Doc. There are crooks and douchbags in every state, that's for certain. Not that it has anything to do with Crossfire Lettering, but on my bucket list is sitting in the lower deck at Indy 500.

The posts comments relates to a group buy some years back, two years before you joined, so it is understandable why you missed the connection.
