Default Red or Blue LEDs

I know it is a matter of taste, but I have not seen any black crossfire roadsters adorned with LEDs. I am going to get a rear illuminated wind screen and was also thinking of adding some LEDs to the interior and maybe the exterior (bottom) of my car.

Has anyone seen black crossfires with red and or blue LEDs? I would like your opinion what looks better.

Thanks,

Glenn

Believe the image is etched into the plexiglass and the leds light up the image from the side.

Looks Great! Is it hot-wired when you turn your lights on or do you have a seperate switch?

This was already installed on my SRT by the previous owner. He told me that this was the prototype for WindRestrictor. I have not verified that though. They can be wired in multiple ways. Mine is wired to turn on with the headlights. I eventually would like to add a toggle switch so I can manually turn them off. Sometimes when I am driving at night with the top up, I would like to have the ability to switch it off. Anyway, here is the site whe you can get them.WindResctictor.com.

Hi, go to the windrestrictor site. They have a control box you can purchase that will give variable contol such as on when you brake ,just on when lights on, or even variable mixure of both(dim when lights on,then full brightness when brakes are applied.I have one and love it.

Might want to check with cops in your area before investing $$ into anything that illuminates blue.

I was the person that helped Windrsctictor design the wind restrictor for the crossfire. I ended up with 2 prototypes and all the led's colors and the control box. I sold the 2nd prototype to FP. I installed mine and FP's so the it comes on with the lights as well as installing a switch so you can turn it off.
I installed the micro switch behind the drivers seat near the seat belt for easy access. If you would like pictures let me know and I may still have a spare micro switch.

Nice thread crap. Maybe do you your advertising in the for sale threads. This isn't the first, second or third time you've done this.
