Default Brake Light Socket Replacement

Does anyone know if this part can be purchased for the crossfire? The socket has a red and green wire and maybe a plug to go into the harness. Just wondered if it was available as I screwed up one wire on mine but still working. Ron

Yes you can purchase it from many places situated all over the US, Canada and the world. The wires may be a different color though, you can rest assured that this part was not made for the Crossfire alone, I am pretty sure that it is also used on some Mercedes cars and can probably be obtained at these dealerships at less cost than the Chrysler ones. If you used the search feature I am pretty sure that you could find the Chrysler part number, as I am sure it is in the parts list available on this forum. The search feature is very handy, you should try it some time. It may take a few different combinations of words, its not as good as Google.

Why do you post the same thing in multiple threads?

Sometimes I do this because I think someone might see it in another area and help. Seems that this is a serious offence, Sorry! I worried where my next meal will come from.

I cannot find it myself, take the part to a dealer or someplace like that and try to match it up.
It wont be in the repair manual as suggested elsewhere and its not listed as a separate item in the parts list.
