hey guys, im installing my carbon fiber front wind splitter thing today and i got no hardware other than the rods.

does anybody have any idea on how to mount these things? im ok with making holes and such! any ideas or tips wouldbe greatly appreciated, thanks!

 

Sooooooo, you're mounting a wind splitter under the chin spoiler ??? Interesting, does it come pre-drilled ? If so, you'll need to dry fit to the chin spoiler, mark the holes and drill the spoiler for bolts. Truthfully I've never seen anyone do this...be sure to take lots of pics !

 

-Measure twice, no...three times, Cut once.
-Once the holes are drilled, I would use rubber washers on both sides. They hold better and won't scratch.
-And like Stogey said, take many pictures, it sounds like it would be something right up my alley.

ive seen a couple members with these. both had no real detailed pictures. i too would definitely like to see how this comes out! especially with the whole srt bumper backorder thing going on. post good pics pLEase!
