Default Rear wing malfunction?

I've noticed that every so often my back wing will come up on its own whenever I am starting up the car. The manual switch is blinking and it wont let me retract the wing or do anything. It continues to do this until I start up the car again most of the time. Its like it has a mind of its own. I looked around in the manual but didnt find anything on it. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum. I know this is going to sound like the standard answer to most problems, but have your battery checked.
Check the build date of your car, mine wouldn't hold a full charge when it was 4 years old.

Take your car to autozone or somewhere and have your battery checked. You most likely have a weak battery that needs to be replaced.

EDIT: LOL posted at the same time.

I'm so slow on the keyboard, I was sure somebody would post before I finished mine. Turned out to be a dead heat.

Went to NTB today and they said the battery was good. Anything else?

That's pretty common too.

Just replace it. Honest.
