Could I grind down the strakes and glue on my chrome covers?

 

Nope afraid not. you would have to cut the new strakes into pieces to get your covers on and I seriously doubt you would ever be able to get it to look right ever again.

Just sell your covers, buy my strakes, and if you really want chrome strakes just get them electrocoated to look chrome.

 

Is there anyway u could photo chop a set on an alabaster? What I want to see is if the vent opening part is painted black to look like a vent opining is there.
