Default New headlight assembly problem

I recently got new headlight assembly installed but my lights seem to beam the floor. I try to adjust the height with the adjust **** but it doesn't go high enough. Can I get some suggestions please.

Thanks

Your bulb is installed incorrectly, get it put in right and readjust the unit. You do not have to adjust the headlamp unit when it is set correctly as the bulb fits in perfectly.
Use search for hints at putting the bulb in.
