Align headlights they are facing the floor

Default Align headlights they are facing the floor

What are the steps to aligning the headlights, mine currently are facing the floors!!

Could be the bulbs are not seated properly.......did you recently change them?

It's almost a sure thing that the bulb tabs are not seated properly in the housing slots. This question has been asked over and over, so do a search for some explanations.

I agree. It's most likely the bulb not seating right in there. Mine was like this when I bought the car. You have to park in front of a wall, pull the pins back that are holding the bulbs and turn the bulb to the right or left until the are seated right. If you're wondering how to tell when they are right, you'll know cause there's a world of difference.
