Default Buffing glass Fog lens?

As expected, the headlight resto kit did not even touch the road rash on the glass fog lens. I see there are many glass scratch/pit remover kits on the market, none I saw had overall great reviews. Anyone try any of these on the Crossfire Fog Lamps?

We have several glass shops on this side of town. I am going to run these lens over to them and see if they can buff them for me while they are out of the car.

Many years ago, I saw a guy at the dealer I worked for actually buff a scratch out of a windshield. So I know the compound is out there, just to find someone to do it. And distortion wouldn't be much of a problem being a fog light lens.

Ive commented before about my headlamps/foglights If there is a buffing device out there someone needs to speak up. ive tried them all no success also took a headlamp out and took to a specialist, he jacked it up ten fold. now have new front left and right, you would have thought i bought a whole car. WOW sticker shock but had to have them, couldnt drive around with my car looking sub par.

Jeweler's rouge and a cotton buffing wheel I'm told will work.

The plastic headlights are not the problem, it's the glass foglight lens. Thanks Steve, I will check it out.

Good luck James! I heard salt is also used to polish glass, never tried it though.
