Default Hmmmmm?

Has anyone had this happen? It seems when I brake now one of my tail lights stays on like the brake is pressed all the time. When I turn off car and restart it goes back to normal but as soon as I brake again the light gets stuck and the light out indicator on the dash comes on

If the light out indicator is coming on I would try a new bulb first to see if it's the problem. If it's not the bulb it could be the socket or a bad wire or brake light switch.

Do both brake lights come on normally? If not I'd say the switch is sticking and one bulb is burnt out.

When the parking/driving lights are on, the first time I brake, the diver side brake light sticks like the brake pedal is pressed and the light out indicator comes on. When the lights are off that side does'nt even light up when I brake..... weird hu?

Did you try a new bulb? And check the socket to see if there's any corrosion in it.

Turns out it was the bulb! I thought I had checked it, thats what I get for looking at it in the dark. Seems like the filament for the low light busted but was still touching the filament for the high light. weird... Thanks to all that helped!!!
