New Slasher Stripes
 

After much debate, I added them. I really like them and they are well complimented. Plus I think it helps other XF drivers identify me.

They look great! It's funny, but I get a lot of very positive comments about mine and I thought it was just such a subtle little thing to do. I'm actually a bit surprised that so many people notice and comment on them.

I think that is why they go so great with the car.. they are subtle and compliment the car rather than overwhelm and distract from her lines. I'll be joining the ranks of stripes soon!

Here are mine. I also debated this but when I saw the CF stripes I had to do it. Matches my MB air-box.

yeaa I got a few sets left over from woodward that I had made up. The ones on FP's car is a good pic. Also black/silver which I have on my car but no pics taken

Edit: I just ran out of the Carbonfiber look, only black/silver on hand. Will be having more made after Christmas.

Are the stripes all the same color or are different colors avaiable? My NA is a Black Roadster. Let me know what is cost if you still have any avaialble. TerryR had a set on his Roadster and that started me off wanting a set. InfernoRed, I did see these on the forum store after I saw TerryR's a year of so ago. Thanks for the suggestion, they do look very good.

True, but they look good. When I had the black coupe, I was going to do the slashers in matte black for the ultimate subtlety.

I decided to do mine just a little different than everyone else, but my mother always told me I was special, so it makes sense ;)

Are those 18s and 20s? Rims look extra clean on your ride. Would like to know what brand and style they are.

Thanks a lot, they are 18/20 stagger, also wider in the rear. I do not think they make this exact style anymore, and I am not sure the number, they are just AMG reps, but custom painted...

Ive noticed that some people have a decal above the slasher stripes that says limited. Where could i get those at?

Dont get me wrong, Id love to have a set of the silly stickers, as they do look pretty good. Haha i did speak with Beaner though and he is supposed to be sending me a set of slasher stripes but he said he didnt have the limited stickers. :( Guess ill have to find another way.

I have been thinking of having "Limited" stickers made since most people ask about them BUT I keep the price under a certain amount since I have these made and dont do it all myself. I dont want to charge extra for a silly Limited sticker.

With the price I charge now, no one can complain... If you do, you are a ungrateful @*! %#*- . Haha

Haha true true, im not complaining.:D I wouldnt mind paying the 7 bucks for them on CICCI but unfortuanately you have to be a member and i dont want anything else on there to justify paying the entry fee and such. Guess id be willing to pay someone like 10 if someone has an extra set just collecting dust. :D

I got a few more of these, reverse of what I ordered but still look good!

Matte black with red - no it does not match the inferno paint --- 1 set avail.
Matte black with grey - no it does not match the window surround --- SPOKEN FOR - Gone
Matte black with chrome

I have 2 sets of each if anyone is interested

I wanted to send that I wanted a set of black and grey, but then I remembered, not only do I have a set of your free ones on my car already (look great, by the way) and you sent me a backup set that first time, so I should play nice and let someone who has no slashers get their hands on them :D
