Default Paint Issues (color and peeling)

Hey guys! Have 2 questions!!

First, the trim that is located on the roof of our cars on the left and right side (its a long piece of what I believe to be aluminum) is peeling/bubbling on my car as it has done for many of you as well. Ofcourse my car is not still in warranty, so I wanted to see what you guys would suggest (whether I should buy the prepainted part, get it painted, try to DIY, etc)

Second, has anyone experienced discoloration of their front bumper cover? I have noticed that my front bumper cover (more on the left side than the right side) is a much lighter color than the fender and the hood. I doubt many people would be able to notice, but it still bugs me ofcourse.

Thanks!

Kolme

The first problem is basically up to you. $$$$$$$$$

The second one is probably because your car has had a dent or scratch put in it and it has been poorly and cheaply resprayed.

1. =(.

2. AHHH!! I bet youre right!!! It did indeed get a dent on the fender next to it (hit and run while parked) and I had it taken to Calliber Auto Collision Repair which is supposed to be good... A while after I thought it looked a bit weird.. Gah I wish I had realized it sooner so that I could have drove it back and told them to get that crap fixed! So was it just sprayed over lightly or something? It needs a full repaint im assuming lol?

Edit: I contacted them about the poor work since it really boiled my blood, I'll update with with their response
