Unhappy Rear License Plate Light Assembly Replacement

Hi all
I need to replace the License place plastic holder that holds the light bulb. The right one on my CF fell out completely. Besides the dealer is there someplace online that I could order the entire piece to include the bulb?

Thanks for your help

Thanks for the quick reply MrMiata.

I checked out the ebay link mentioned in the thread and it sounds very interesting but do you know what the approximate price for the assembly is?

Here's one of the better deals going.. "my" vendor has them listed at $200 bucks now. LOL

or if you prefer a US vendor..

I can vouch for Miata's suggestion on this one, because I adopted LEDs for the plates along with pretty much every other bulb inside and out of the car. They work, they look better, and in total so far I've only spent about 60 bucks for ALL the led swap outs.

The posted thread - link above should remove all doubts with the 20 pictures from everyone.. LOL. Unlike the 1157 bulbs tail light bulbs.. it's real obvious.

+1 on that. I have the LEDs in my roadster and it looks great IMHO.

Get two sets of lights and fit one set in the trunk and replace the Mickey Mouse lights that are OEM.
