How to open the courtesy dome lights

2004 coupe the famous left side bulb does not light when you turn sliding switch to the left but the right side does, how do you open the unit????? thanks Dave in Tampa

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Using a trim stick (1) press the clips located on the edge of
the courtesy lamp switch/unit body (2) and release the lens
cover.
