replacement fog light

Hi does anyone have or know where i can get a replacement fog light driver side on a uk right hand drive model? Seems to be impossible trying to track one down?

If you were desperate I am sure a US one would be fine, the adjustment would be to the other side.
The parts list shows no UK version.
