Hi guys, I need to get some touch up paint but I do not know the colour of my car? I'm in the UK and it's blue.

On my previous car (vx220) the paint colour was on a badge near the vin on the door frame.

In some respects our colonial cousins' spelling of color makes more sense if you think about it?

Thanks once again, these forums are so important. I hope I can help (I thought about adding a how to remove a headlight video).

But anyway, what concerns me is my car is 04 and everywhere I look aero blue came about in 05? So odd.

I found my black color code under the cover in the back, with the toolset.

 

Maybe a late production date on your car - I've seen that before where a vehicle listed as a specific year actually had some of the next model year on it. But there's nothing close to your colour in '04, so if the car is original, then aero blue it must be.
Regarding the video, I don't know what's on the forum now for headlight removal, but it can't hurt to have a good video there.

 

Over here that is an '05 model, because it is a roadster.
Over there the cars are labeled the year they were plated, is that not so?
