Wheal well Fog Light Covers

Does any one know where I can get the fog light covers. Both of mine are missing.

After replacing one, I used Gorilla tape to really keep it on. The covers are flimsy. I'm sure I lost one when a tire threw a rock or piece of gravel at it.
