Default Power fold away mirrors

Hi
I have had my 2004 Crossfire for about two years now. I didn't even know that power fold mirrors was an option. Was it an option in every year?

Not an option in any year as far as I know.
They fold manually but do have power on the mirrors as everyone knows.

I believe they are power mirrors and they fold away that's what they refer to.

Okay then. Another question I have is with regards to Daytime Running Lights and Headlights. I have assumed that with a 6 speed transmission the headlights and tail lights are on all of the time? This is how my car operates. All lights front and back are functioning while I am driving the car. Is this the case with automatic transmissions?

That has nothing to do with the transmission, you have a Canadian spec'd car, they have different headlight switch modules that comply with Canadian law about DTRL's

BUT Dave, the build sheet does say "Power Fold Away Mirrors" I know
that there is heat to them. Do you think it could have been worded better?

Looking at the sheet again and thinking about your comments. I now think Dave is right.
And am not sure if they ARE HEATED. I don't use my Crossfire in the winter so wouldn't
know if the mirrors are heated. My apologies for opening my BIG MOUTH.

They are heated.
The rear of a mirror showing the heater terminals on the left and the heater elements on the back of the mirror.

Thank you Dave. Like I said, I would never know, my baby don't like snow or cold weather.
