Default Was buying gas today

And a guy came walking up and started yelling how good looking my car was. He must have said he loved the look at least five times. He was asking all kinds of questions like who it was made by etc. As he left he told me I was a lucky man to have such a fine automobile.
This was the 2nd time this happened in the SRT6.

I was waxing my Crossfire at work last night - primping the car for the Anaheim meet that was held today - when a Jetta that was driving by stopped. The driver just looked in my direction and I began to wonder what he was up to. He then gave me a thumbs up and drove away. And this was not the first thumbs up the car has gotten.

I was at a gas station not long ago, and a guy came up to me too. He also went on and on how beautiful my car was and asked a couple of questions. I was flattered until...

He asked if I could spare a buck.

That's funny! - similar thing happed to me at a Shell station by the beach. Two ladies - one on the pay phone, when I pulled up she said something to her kids and three little girls (no older then 8) mobbed me telling how nice my car was and that I must be rich, then hit me for money.

When I asked what they wanted money for (if they had said food; a MCD's was next door I would have bought them 3 happy meals) but no - they needed gas, I told them to have their mom pull up to the pump.

When she pulled her van up (AZ Plates) - I filled the tank up (with regular of course - A van aint no XF). They must have been on empty.

I'm always a heal for the kids. They get me every time.

Agree, a wonderful thing to do. This had to be a God sent for them. Who knows what their situation was. It's always good to give back. You will receive many blessings for this act of charity.
