Request a "Trial by Written Declaration" - make the Officer work for that conviction. Without prior access to your argument, his will be weak, if he even responds at all...I've only had two officers ever respond and I still beat one. If you lose, you can still request a "Trial de Novo" - yet another chance to win your case.

I joined the Navy when I was 17 back in the 70's and would drive from San Diego to Ventura every weekend; about 3 hrs each way. (no traffic)

I got a big time speeding ticket when I was only 17 and I went to the Navy JAG on base for some legal help. Man did he teach me how to work the system...been using it ever since.

I've been sending copies of your various speeding postings to your insurance company. Ha!

Does this work nationwide or does each state have their own set of rules?

I know where you live and what kind of car you drive sucka...

Hey Brent!! - enjoyed meeting you at the Anahiem GTG - How do you like the NW intake? Did you get the 178 pulley too?

Check your state/local legal system - google is your friend.

Luckily for me California has a liberal legal system..

It's funny... Conservatives hate liberals until it suits them, and vice versa. Show me a rich liberal who won't take advantage of a tax break....

California is like it's own nation with all of its crazy rules and laws. The only ticket on my record is from that wonderful state.

The NW intake is great. Gives the car more pep and you can really hear the supercharger do it's thing. And the intake also comes with.....let me think.....something called......ah....ah.....I got it! Customer Service! I also got the pulley but haven't had time to install it. It looks just like the stock pulley so I doubt if Chrysler would ever clue in on a pulley change. Hopefully I'll get it installed this weekend.

Put the new idler pulley that comes with the ASP pulley kit next to the stock pulley and see the huge size difference. If your Chrysler tech can't catch that... good luck with him working on your SRT...
