Started my photo gallery, "XFirenorth's Gallery"
I started my photo gallery at the CF.org today. I found it quite simple to do so. I will be adding many more photos of different interests of mine in the near future, as well as updated photos that I will take on my XFire road trips.
If you have a moment, take a look and let me know what you think. I named the gallery "XFirenorth's Gallery."

Excellent suggestion, but now I'll have to figure out how to do that. Can I move individuals photos to different albums I will obviously create in the near future, after they are already posted at the gallery?

From your gallery just click on 'create new album'. You can create them ahead of time and leave them empty until you upload pictures directly into them.
please don't wait for "Cross" and "Fire" to come to your doorstep for us to get to know you a little better- post some pics. i'm guilty of having a slim gallery, but i'm workin' on it.
More questions re my gallery:
How do I transfer a pic from one album to another?
I think I made a mistake and uploaded large picture files for some of my gallery. I probably should delete them and repost them as a smaller size. What size should the photos be to avoid having to use the slide bars to view them?
FP, ...I took your advice and created a couple of different albums. Once I learn the right size/dimensions for my uploads, I may be able to square away my albums. Thanks for the advice. I'm learning but at a slow rate.

Go to the picture, and click on edit picture. Once there click from the drop down menu, select the album of choice, and submit.

Try this;
- click on picture
- under the pic, there is an area called 'Admin options'
- click on 'edit photo'
- Under the Browser option, and to the right of 'Change category? (leave blank to leave alone) you should see a drop down box that defaults to 'Member Galleries'
- Arrow down
- Select the album you want. (you should see all your albums)
- You can also edit title keywords, descriptions (all below selecting your album) or delete option
- Click Submit at the bottom.
