Default Spy shot of new 2009 XF frontend...

...made you look! J/K. Looking for new cars for the wife and saw this on the road the other day. Decided to look on-line, and found this shot. Thought to myself, "man, that frontend/hood sure looks familiar".

It pisses me off everytime I see one of those.

I saw somewhere on the net where (I believe it was yahoo) named the Sebring as one of the top ten ugliest cars.

Thats the crossfires fugly cousin who has enough family resemblence to see the relationship. I hate those abominations. That is a classic example of why Chrysler and other American car companies are in the state they are in, near bankruptcy!

LOL...just a couple of miles away!

You need to come to our Woodward meet next year!

https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...light=woodward

We had about 35 cars at 13 & woodward a couple of months back! Also keep an eye on the Michigan GTG thread.

Sorry to threadjack everyone...back on track now!

Not really. Chrysler actually used quite a bit of the Viper styling on other lines of theirs (think BIG open exaggerated front end gills, and such) that ended up being very successful. I do agree the blatant Crossfire copying doesn't suit this situation, but sometimes sharing these styling designs does work. The Viper has universal recognition and is generally a loved car, the Crossfire, while we all love them, tends to be something slightly different, not such a good idea to copy styling from.
