Route 66, made reference to that Twilight Zone episode where the guy jumps off the train because he thinks he's going to a turn of the century town called Willowby (sp?) So I thought throw it out:

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE TWILIGHT ZONE EPISODE?

Mine was the little gremlin out on the wing of the airplane tearing off pieces and I believe the passenger, Edmund O'Brien maybe, was the only one who could see him.

 

That's a classic. It was William Shatner.

 

Nightmare at 20,000 Feet was the episode and William Shatner (James T. Kirk, Denny Crane) was the actor. Everybody thought he was nuts and he was taken off the plain in a straightjacket, but the cover of one of the engines had been peeled back.

When the Twilight Zone movie was made years later they redid this episode with John Lithgow in Shatner's old role.

 

Thanks for the update on the trivia, I'd have never guessed that was Shatner. I was really young then, but even after all those years when i was on business travel I could still see that gremlin out there pulling on the skin. LOL! made an impression on me!

 

I liked " The Invaders"

An alien space ship crashes in a woman's attic, The little aliens torment her.
In the end she thrashes them,
And we find out they are us!

 

The Hunt, were a hillbilly and his hound RIP are walking down the road, and meet a guy who is trying to get them to cross the fence .The guy turns out to be the devil and it turns out they are on the road to heaven. They had both drown while coon hunting. The dog keeps barking at the guy because he sense he is the devil. There were so many good ones it is very hard to choose . Need to really have categories for the good ones
