i was driving down the road and noticed in the corner of my eye a large tree limb falling today during a light rain storm... the results are pictured below...

i attempted to locate the owner in the parking lots nearby businesses and learned the car was owned by an individual who parked in the lot while taking the public transportation (bus) to work. this person will be less than thrilled to return to their car come days end.

 

Puts a new spin on "Go Green-Use Mass Transit". Don't you think?

 

several years ago my uncle had a tree fall on his car while driving down the road, he made it without injury, the car was not so lucky.

Come on, the tree was just hugging the owners car in thanks for using mass transit

 

A Bradford Pear is the sorriest,weakest tree ever come up from the ground. You can also see the damaged trunk from another fallen limb in the past. Many are highly allergic to the horrible smelling white flowers during spring. And it never produces pears. Cut'em down then plant a quality tree. Squirrel Crusher
