hey speaking of bad luck, Z, did you read in the paper about the 3rd co-founder of Apple, (you never hear about him) he's 76 now, and he designed the original logo, and was the adult supervision to Jobs and Wozniak, had 10% of the company. Yet because of these 2 and their unbridled enthusiasm, and lack of knowledge AND inability to curb their commitments and debt loving, sold his share back to them for $800 12 days after founding the company, because he was scared to death it was only his assets that would be taken. Those shares today would be worth $230,000,000. :0 and you think YOU have it rough by missing out on 1 of two great sisters. LOL!

Thanks bud! Sometime next spring... We're shooting for late March but the official date is TBD.

Thanks for the well-wishes, everyone.

First, I would like to offer my sincere congratulations. I know you have been a very patient man, and God rewards that... over and over

First our next door neighbors, now you. I am going to have to make sure Molly does not see this one, she will start getting ideas

Thank you, John.

Kim and I both pray daily. It certainly hasn't been an easy walk (resisting certain things) but we both have faith and KNOW God will bless those areas.

God is faithful and rewards those that love Him (note, I didn't say those that are self-righteous, perfect, judgemental, holier-than-thou). This is good news, because I'm certainly not without my flaws.

Without a doubt, the single biggest thing that brough Kim and I together, and WILL keep us together, is our faith in God. It has governed almost every move, and definitely governed EVERY big decision we make.

For those that pray, please pray that we can remain focused and keep our eyes on the goal. Also, just pray that the planning and all goes smoothly. Not that I'm sweating that; after all, her mother has been a wedding planner for 30 years.

So I'm looking forward to marriage to say the least. She'll move in after the wedding, so I'll literally get to carry her across the threshold when we come home.

I love that.

...and now I see why you really married her. Efficiency and lack of red tape. Kidding.

Hey man, I'm not gonna lie; it's a bonus.

The planets have definitely aligned for this one...

Thanks for the prayers.

Congtats to both of you, My wife and I have been married for 22 wonderful years. One reason I feel our marriage has been so wonderful is that we have tried to follow basic Biblical teachings and principles throught our lives, and in raising our children. Always be humble enough to pray for direction throught your married life. may God bless both of you....

Come on John, bring her to the CAA and get married at the race track; you'll be the only one in history to get married at what many of us hope is the First CAA Event. I said something similar to Shark67 and they are still together...she even has her own XF now. See Kim there is motivation for you!

As we say in E. TN.: "Yeeee HAAAW!!"On a more serious note:"Praise God, from whom all blessings flow"! Murfi and I have been married for 40 years and keeping Christ at the center is DEFINITELY the key. This focus makes marriage the Eden God intended it to be. It is a growth process for all involved.
BTW: I bet you're already planning to get the pre-marital counseling from the pastor of the church you'll attend.

Absolutely! Pastor Jim is a close friend of mine, and he knows Kim and I personally and works with us every week with the college ministry.

Thank you for the blessings, friend.
