My birthday is on Boxing Day. Yup, the day after Christmas Day. So don't forget to send me 2 presents this year! ;-)

Not the only young one here, I am @ 24 years.

Ann Marie, I imagine Ohio winters are as bad as Michigan ones and if so my only recommendation is have someone else drive you around when you get a foot of snow (boyfriend, fiancee, husband, friend, whomever that doesn't drive a sports car with 4 inches of ground clearance and z-rated tires) or get a truck too.

Ann Marie, I live in Ohio as well. I may keep my 92 Mitsubishi 3000 GTSL for winters only. It's front wheel drive and has plenty of power. I've never been stuck yet, and had 12 wonderful years behind her wheel. I've had my Crossfire for 2 months and love driving it, but I too worry about bucking drifts in winter with it.

It is really great to see more of Ohio represented here!!!!!

I used to have a 91 Dodge Stealth, and I really liked the performance in winter. But if you put on some good snow tires, you will not have a bad time with your Crossfire. There were only two days last winter that I decided to leave it in the garage.

Yes, Interesting discussion. We were talking about this last night at our meeting of the XfI So.MD chapter. I think I was the young one in the crowd at 41. I am finding it hard to believe that DC would think the 25-35 group would be this car's target market. The consensus last night was that the three of us liked this car because it was a luxury sports coupe, not necessarilly a pure kick-in-the-pants road rocket.

I did the muscle car thing back when I was 20-something. I grew out of it. I doubt this car would have appealed to me then, just as I don't really miss my '70 Chevelle SS ragtop now.

I don't need to win the red light drag races anymore. I do like the leather interior and well-bred German manners of this car, though.

Regards,
John

That TRICK sure is a smart guy or gal.

My birthday was on the 8th and I never felt younger.

Gettin in my Crossfire, turn the key, hear the exhaust (full dual) and throw it in gear.

Although, my age is being kept a secret here, I had my annual medical exam a couple weeks ago and after the doctor completed his exam he shocked me by telling me his conclusions. He said I had the body of a 19 year old; I immediately went out into the parking lot, checked the back of the Crossfire and found she had escaped.

I may be 68 but am not interested in slowintg down and the CF fits my life stile. My picture shows two of my pasions, my CF and my racing trike. I also race two wheeled streamline recumbnet. Of corse the CF is faster but the bikes keep my fit so I can enjoy my CF when I do get OLD. O yea I am also an active roller speed skater.

I'm almost 23, just graduated from college with a degree in engineering. The roadster is so hot I just had to have it. And if I didn't get her now, then I'd have to wait 30 years til after I had kids out of college. It was a no brainer and I will be driving mine in less than 3 weeks.

You must be getting anxious, your 3 weeks is almost here. You have definitely the right idea, I had to wait 30 years until my kids were out of college. And if you get married, don't sell the Crossfire for a down payment on a house, because it will be that 30 year thing looking you right in the face.
