James.... This has been done a couple of times now. But I'm proud that I've made it to 53. When I was 25 I would have bet against my chances on getting here.

I thought 39 year olds were supposed to get lumped in with 30-38 year olds. Damn!

 Can't say that I know how much this car would have cost in 1975 dollars - all I can say is You sure could buy a great house for $35K in 1970, so I'm not sure what $35K would buy in 1975!!

 In 2035 - will they be paying $100K for a car??? Sure makes you wonder, doesn't it? Boy, I feel old now - I remember cringing at my parents stories about how a loaf of bread was 14 cents, etc. etc. etc.

LOL Vegas .....I always hated that speech too about that loaf of bread.
Since I am a mere 36 my loaf was always a lot more ;-)

Tell me about feeling old.....

My fully loaded 1973 Mustang Mach 1 had a sticker price of $4,400.00 I bought it for $4,000.00. There was a "gas war" going on in my home town when I bought that car. The first tank of gas cost me $1.50 - 15.2 gallons at $0.099 per gallon! But then that car only got about 12 mpg.....

Hopefully, by 2035 we will have figured out how to move ourselves around without needing gasoline.

But I will be 82, and my vehicle of choice will probably be an electric wheelchair. I wonder if it will have a decent sat/nav display as standard equipment?????

That is why I amk so glad that I have SSB #2476 today!!!!!!

acording to what I heard you should probably change this poll to see if DC is correct.

The car is marketed to males from 25-35 and females from 35-45...

Well that's definitely not the average owner age.

19 votes so far from above could land in their target market... sound like that makes up the biggest part so far...

Looks like I'm chronologically in one of the older age groups. Turned 57 on May 6th. It really sounds old doesn't it? However it certainly beats the alternative and I can say that older is absolutely better. As a 60's kid I'm just getting started. Each day is better than the last. I wasted too much valuable time in my youth worrying about junk. So here's to everyone's health, longevity, and many hours of xfire joy.

I'll admit to being one of the old guys. 60 1/2...Feel like 32, this Xfire makes me feel like 18. If you add all that up divide by three, I'm younger than the target age group.. ha !!

Can anybody beat a chronological 69?? When I see and sign for a Blaze Red roadster in a couple of weeks, I'll immediately become 39!!

Good week for birthdays. All the best people were born between... oh, let's say the 7th and the 11th.

Still hangin' on to that 30-38 bracket, but barely,
