Auto trader has anyone used this? https:

I was at a new car dealer today ,and saw this service , auto trader will give u a online appraisal on your car and you can take it to the dealer. Dealer will then confirm info you

,submitted to auto trader. If correct they will give you a check, are the same amount towards the purchase of a new car. Hmmmm interesting

I found my coupe on that site, but actually went to the dealership to close the deal. I think they pulled their add...

The Dodge dealer in town has that same kind of add, I have never talked to them about it though.

Interesting, my trade-in value is $1,000 more than I paid for it.

Tested it out...they are as bad as going to a dealer. I'd do better to go to one of those places that advertises "we'll give you $8k over blue book value"
