Default Air Filter assembly gasket

I changed my air filters last week. There is a rubber gasket that seals the air filter compartment to the final air intake on the engine. This gasket was worn out - appears it was forced on before and it tore it up a bit. I used good old duct tape to piece it together so I could get the air filters back on the car.

I have been searching for a replacement. Don't know the part name or number - my searches have not been successful - either on google for air filter parts or here on the forum. Does anyone know the part number and where I can order it?

I stumbled upon a list, saw the part and remembered your question and it said that the Mercedes Benz part number was 112 141 1780. It'll be cheaper than the Chrysler part. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try the local MB dealers near my office.
