Gotta' Dog? Let's see em'!
One of our dogs used to grab the end of the roll and run down the hallway, unraveling it as he went. Did it for about a six month time period as a pup and then just stopped.
Here are a few pics of my new puppy - Candy - she was born on the 4th of July

My border collie mutt is not particularly bright. Likes to play with sticks, but not too bright.
The dog wants to play fetch really bad.

Our little three year old Shih Tzu Tippy Roux.
We rescued him about two years ago. When we got him he was underweight, missing 4 teeth on both sides due to his abusive treatment and did not know how to play at all. If you picked up anything at all he would cower and roll over. Now he plays constantly with all of his dog pals and is only afraid of my Father-in-law and brother-n-law. We figure they must look like his old owner since they are both tall, slender and wear ball caps.
He also thinks anything I pick up is meant to pet him... because that is how I got him to stop beings scared of everything. Anything I picked up for about a year became a scratching/petting tool for him.

Living in the foreclosure capital of the US it has been amazing to see how many animals have been abandoned or tossed in trash cans. One of my buddies over in San Fran was going across the bay bridge and saw someone stop their car and go over to one of the bridges trash cans. She felt really weird about it so she ended up going back across the bridge, turning around paying toll again so she could look in the trash bin. Inside it she found a little yorkie. I could not believe someone would just throw away their pet?!? I mean WTF is wrong with some people!
There is a saying, though I forgot the name of the author, that sez something like: "You may judge a nation's character by how it treats it's animals."

This little 7-pounder has been shredding random issues of Motor Trend since April...
Ten months old a week ago... the attached photo was her at roughly three months.
Named her Kona, after the coffee bean she resembles (same color, not much bigger).
