My fourm name is svtcobra im trying to figure out why when i tried to log back in it stated that i have been banned for the following reasons : NONE ??????????

I really wish you'd contacted a moderator about the ban or contacted one of us to ask/post on your behalf. Typically forums permanently ban anyone with more than one username. Hopefully that won't be the case, since there was no reason give for the ban and it being Thanksgiving. Banning someone on Thanksgiving is pretty cold IMHO.

You were banned for having multiple IDs. You were suppose to be banned last year when TTCOBRA was banned. You had KBCobra and SVTCOBRA IDs as well.

There would be nothing wrong with that. It's the spirit of why someone has multiple account. I've had people PM and tell me hey created another account. In that case we delete one of the accounts and the member doesn't get banned. In fact if anyone with a legitimate reason to have more accounts all they have do is request it, and be upfront with it.

 

10-4...no reason to have more than one name on here unless you aren't being honest. There isn't a need. Thanks for the update FP...I'm sure it is a temporary ban...a "slap" on the wrist ban....lol... Now, cut that out...

Josh is really hoping this it isn't a permabann. Sounds like he's learned his lesson and wants to remain on the forum badly.

 

I fessed up to FP yesterday after viewing this thread that I had an old account from when I joined a year ago and messed up the first time and used a wrong user name.
He had no issue with this and promptly combined the 2 accounts even recovering 2 old messages, then removing the old account.

 

I haven't been a member long, but I would like to say I've had very good dealings with Svtcobra or Josh. He went out of his way to deliver a pulley to Eurocharged to check out then ship to me. He was prompt and courteous in all his correspondence. I do understand the policy of no multiple accounts, but I would like to say to me he was first rate and on the level from my experience.
