I allow my wife to drive the car, but she never does. I guess if it was someone that I could trust and they promise to park WAY OUT in the parking lot, I may let them take it for a spin.

I love my car a lot, but it's a piece of metal with insurance...

If I can't trust a "friend" under those conditions, perhaps that person shouldn't be a friend at all?

Just a thought.

If friends/family want to drive my car, I tell them to have at it. Gas is at the driver's expense. Which means, if Kim borrows it, I still pay for it.
