I promise not to marry this one in three months....

I had quite a week at work last week. Friday night, I had just had enough, it was 5:05 pm and time to head for home. One of the ladies I work with was walking thru my area and I said "Hey - if you aren't busy tonight or tomorrow night, I think we should go get some dinner together".

Well, much to my surprise, she agreeed - so I picked her up at her home yesterday at 4:30 and we headed for "Pappy's on the River" just south of Blairsvillle, GA. This means, we went up over Blood Mountain - I ran it but not hard, since I had no idea what the LEO presence was. Turns out, two GSP officers were near the top.

We had a good dinner, talked WAY too much about work - and headed home. As we got down the south face of Blood Mountain, I turned to her and said, "I'ts only 8pm - and there are no LEOs nor is there much traffic, you thinking what I'm thinking????"

She said, "Yes"... I spun the car around and we ran it HOT back north, turned around and ran it hot again coming south!!! The tires are about shot on the car, I was sliding around curves more than I ever have (trying to impress her)...

Now, gotta tell ya, I've run Blood at 45mph and had people get woo-sy before. This time, I hit 80 in places ... Lori took it in stride. She says she drives her miniSUV like a sports car, but even so, the right seat is hard on some of us. Not her!

I THINK I have a new friend for y'all to meet this October.

 

Oh, and of course, I recorded my runs, 'cept that when I loaded the fresh SD card as we left the restaurant, I didn't erase the old data - and got only the approach to the mountain recorded before the camera shut off due to a full SD card. C R A P - I guess Lori distracted me.


Still cant believe what a tough customer she is! NICK, you better show up at the Dragon this fall and give her a ride - if she survives you, she's not only a keeper, she needs her own Crossfire.

I deserve all of that... DJ, you gotta get a plane ticket and fly in to the fall dragon (or just drive for 3 days like when I bought my car) !

 

How's that go.. Pics or it didn't happen.. LOL.

 

No one here doubts my women-stories, they are epic at Dragon meets.

THIS story is NOT gonna turn out like that...

 

I really Hope not for all concerned.

 

And I was expecting something more juicy. You got to get your priorities straight!

Not exposing yourself in the workplace if you are a stripper will get you harassed.

Sounds like a chemical imbalance in the brain, take a sniff of Chlorox and drink the remainder, that should clear up the chemical imbalance you are experiencing. NEVER date a coworker, if it goes bad, be prepared to look for another job, it could get ugly!
