The US falls are to the left of these ones and the flight paths over the falls in this film goes over Canada, we will let you off lightly though.

Your falls are on the left in the picture below. Not quite so spectacular, so they got left out or the pilot was lost.

The US falls are said to be the brides second disappointment on her honeymoon.

 

So was that the Canadian Air Force flying escort at times in that clip?

 

We call it the Canadian Air Farce and the plane was grounded with a bent prop with the canvas on a wing torn. The canvas was in short supply as it was all used up on the canoe for the Navy.

 

Hey 180 - didn't the Canadian side get turned over to the Americans in the War of 1812?

 

You mean the war where they invaded Canada to take it over, did not succeed and still won according to their version of events?

We are celebrating losing that war this year. Not too much celebrating on the winners side though.

Detroit looks just as we left it 200 years ago though........in ruins.

He just doesn't realize after Detroit.. we decided wasn't much use in going after more.. and called it good..

 

My wife and i spent our honeymoon on an uschedule stay at Niagra falls.
We stayed onthe Canadian side where we found,

The rooms were cleaner,

The food was better

The people were nicer


and the falls were better seen. Both falls; American and Canadian.

Our thanks to those who made our stay so enjoyable.
