Did the auction run the whole seven days or whatever? If so I would complain to eBay, that is not ethical. I would also slam the guy on the feedback if you can.

It was a "buy it Now' auction. Seems to me if someone is stupid enough to post an item with a BIN price that is incorrect, that is their problem, NOT the buyer's.
The seller should be require to deliver the goods once the payment is accepted.
But then, that's just my opinion .........

I've contacted eBay to report the seller. I declined the request to cancel the purchase and contacted the vendor to no avail. The seller returned my $ and ebay closed the case apparently the purchase doesn't exist, just a closed case for a cancelled purchase I have left negative feedback. This happened to me before on a second chance offer. Seller cancelled the transaction and returned my $, I complained to eBay and they sent me $10 in eBay bucks, not worth the 2 hours on the phone!

So many problems buying items off ebay for the crossfire
humidor, Carbonfiber hood... the list goes on and on...

Beaner, I got the last laugh on that fiasco......he ended up selling the hoods for less $ that what I paid him!
