Have A Great Memorial Day!
I am on vac. myself Doc, waiting on my oldest Daughter to have a baby. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now, I have to take care of the other 2 when the new one comes. Darn in hindsight we could have went to the Keys, but if we did we would have to run home for sure. My guys at work are saying that they will have to retrain me. Hope your injury gets better soon.
I attended the Indy 500 yesterday, courtesy of my friend Tony and the Firestone Racing division. Great hospitality, all the food and drinks you wanted, and fantastic seats right in middle of the straight-a-away behind the pits.
First time we've ever attended, but it was always on our "bucket list". Weather was perfect. Slightly overcast, but not too hot, didn't get sunburned, never even broke a sweat.
Ear plugs were a must, and it was still pretty loud, but as they say, "If it's too loud, then you're too old".
We caught the bus at 4:30 AM and we didn't get home until after midnight, but it was still a fun day.
Doc, I hope things work out better for ya than the fun I've been having with my right arm (due to a rotator cuff injury).
I'm still having some problems shifting. Not so much in the Crossfire, but it's a little further reach in my Honda. If I had to drive a big rig, I'd be "shift" out of luck.
