Default Dash Trim Removal

I have tried searching but cant really find anything. Could some please advise how easy is it to remove these two dash trims as shown in the photo. I want to spray them as they have some slight marks but this all depends if they just snap in and out and if so where are the lugs. I prefer to spray then paint as I want it to match something else in the car so masking off in situ is a no go.

The top one is glued to the dash pad so if you're not willing to spray it in the car then you will have to remove the dash pad. The cluster gauge bezel is easier to remove with the wheel off, but not necessary it can be done with the wheel intact.

I have this paint that is to match a stainless round piece of bling that I painted and put around my glove box handle to hide a blemish in the dash. It covered plastic and metal brilliantly. I have painted lots and lots of different surfaces and it sticks like glue and gives a great finish, really smooth and looks great.
