Cool Want to win a new garage to put your XF in...

...And the house that's attached to it? HGTV is giving away it's 2005 Dream Home located at Lake Tyler Texas. It's awesome. http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/pac_ctnt_94..._26893,FF.html
You can enter every day until Feb. 17th and it's free.
If I win it, I'll have a xf party and you're all invited!!

(This location would solve my winter blues, that's for sure!!)

I'm getting a feeling that you are really tired of snow or is that my imagination?

It would solve your winter blues until April 15th. Then can you imagine what the IRS would be looking to you for income tax for that 5,000 sq. ft furnished lakeside home + boat house + GMC Denali + cash. I've never heard the value but it must be well over $1M. Add that to your annual income. No thanks.

Since my "unemployed" annual income is nearly zero right now, I would gladly add that to zero and then the 5,000 sq. ft. furnished lakeside home + boat house + GMC Denali, would all be for sale.

catman, that would get you on the list of the top 15% salary earners in the US (for one year anyway).

The $250K wouldn't even pay the income taxes on the prize package. I guess you could take out a home equity loan for the difference.

Gee, it seems like the gov. already gets 1/2 of our money in taxes. What's 1/2 more of something I won? I guess it's like getting a 1.5 million winter place for a clearance sale of 1/2 off. That would work for me!

You have just my new goal! Shoot for the top 15% salary earners in one year! I'm sure my wife would go for that too.
