Gas Prices!

Well I know everyone is enjoying the drop in gas prices we've been experiencing for several months. Price for Unleaded Regular in Upstate SC got to below $1.90/gallon here this week.

Paid $2.23 for regular but premium still has a 30c premium (normally 10% more) and diesel is $2.84. Orlando is usually higher than central Florida but lower than the gold coast.

Consider yourself fortunate. Regular here is now $2.19-$2.29, 93 octane is $2.89-$3.10

What the hell is that about?

$1.87 for reg. $2.07 for premium.. Never thought I'd see prices like these again.

For regular we are down to $4.22 per Imperial (larger gallon) translates to $0.94 per litre at 4.54 L per Imp gallon. But we were at $1.31 not long ago

This is all a plot to destroy the American oil industry - just like in the 1980's.

Yes, old thread...I'm seeing a $0.70 difference between regular(87) an premium(93). Is everyone else, seeing that big of a gap. I do save about $0.30 a gal. w/fuel bucks from Kroger's at local Shell stations in Tn.

Not in north Georgia. Less than 40 cents difference here.
I'll be filling the car up tomorrow so I'll try to note what I'm paying. Regular is around $2.20 here.

I have been to four corners many times but only got close today. Don't remember gas but there is lots of jewelry for sale.

:( Used to be (when gas was this low in price couple years or so ago) the separation between regular, mid, and premium, was only @ 10 cents each. Now they are FRACKING ridiculous. Doesn't cost any more to make those same grades, its the market that is driving that high a separation. Oil going down, octane ratios vs regular are through the roof and most likely going to get worse the more cars/trucks that use 91/93 octane. Rant OVER! :(
