My searching did not find any topic like this, but I could have missed it. Been thinking my Crossfire needs a name, my Harley has a name why not my Crossfire. If you have given your Crossfire a name, what is it?

What’s the point of naming something that doesn’t come when you call it’s name?

Personification is a weird thing. Planes, ships and boats historically have been named. Since luxury cars are designated by a number series I'm going to leave it as the SRT6....

However if gas prices continue to increase (and they will) the cost of premium may create a nickname: CARZILLA

We currently own four Crossfires. Two are project cars - a black 05 SRT-6 and a white 6M Coupe. Those we just call "the black car" and the "white car", even though we have other white cars and another black car. Previously we owned an 05 AB coupe, with a literal bullet hole through the spoiler and into the trunk (missed the glass by 1/2"), that we simply call "the shot car". Yeah, real creative.

Our near and dear crossfires, however, do have names.
@QuadPrism 's black 04 coupe is named "Toothless" (think, How to Train Your Dragon). Our 04 V8 swapped SSB Coupe is called "Rapid Fire".

What is the point of naming a car? It’s not as if they came when you called. But there again we call our cat Sheba and she does not come when called either.
Mind you I have called my cars many things when they had trouble, SOB springs to mind. We just call one the Crossfire and the other the Rolls, actually it is a 1998 Civic but it does still roll just not when you call it.
