Default individual plastic piece (the surface around the cigarette lighter)

well, the guy who had the car before me decided to be a genius and light the cigarette lighter (i suppose while driving) and put a circular burn mark in the surrounding plastic. since the car was never smoked in, i have no clue why this guy decided to ignite the lighter, but i guess we all get curious. any way to order just this piece?

The only part number that I see is for the lighter w/housing...part # 5102 786AA. It looks like you will have to order the whole assembly.

Check with SRT SIX. He's working with someone that can refinish it for you.

You can have mine if you want. I'm re-working my entire dash and I don't need it now.

I could use the cover where the shifter is. Please let me know how we can work this out.

Thanks.

Hey FP I meant to ask you, how are you planning to cover the Auto stick with a leather boot? After I saw your remarks y'day and noting you had an auto,
I looked at my car and said what is he up to now! I can't imagine what you're trying to do. Give it up!

No, I'm have the actual **** covered in leather. I'm debating about doing it in the new leather color I'm using for the seat inserts, or in graphite. What do you think? The inserts and piping around the door covers will be a burnt orange.

I bought an SLK shift **** in dark grey leather that exactly matches the grey of our interiors. Take a look at my gallery. More contoured than the stock XF **** and very comfortable in your hand. https://www.crossfireforum.org/galle...00/ppuser/8052

Be careful ordering this part, recently I had my cigarette lighter replaced under warranty. The Tech put a small nick in the bezel that surrounds the lighter. The dealer replaced all the silver trim on the console and glove box so that everything would match. It took 4 ordering attempts to get the bezel for the lighter, the Tech said that the part number is wrong on the database, and is linked to the bezel for airbag button on the center of the console. The Tech had to order a complete interior trim kit in order to get the bezel for the lighter. I am taking my car in for service tomorrow and I will check and see if they have corrected the error in the parts database.
