I have a 2004 Crossfire I bought rolled with only 3K on it, and have it 95% restored. (Never Again!) Dash has a gaping hole and is split from the A/C blowing out. New dash is only about $400 but not even the dealer wants to attempt to remove it! Any help will be welcome. I am not good with computers, so go easy on me! Thanks!

He had his dash completely apart to fix the blend door for the fresh air duct, check his post i think he had some tips on removing the dash.

 

If you haven't done so already, download a copy of the service manual (search this forum to find it). It has pretty detailed instructions on how to disassemble the interior.
