glove box light

It appears that there is a light in my '05 glove box but it doesn't light. I can not figure out how to open this item. Does anyone have a clue?

It only works when the car is running. If you do need to change the bulb, it is enclosed in a plastic cover which is easily removed by popping it out of its casing. Good luck.
