Default Passenger seat electronics (Replace switch)

Hey folks, I had a blonde moment last week and now I'll have to pay the price. We have power seats in our roadster. The passenger one that moves/tilts the back seemed to be missing some little piece that connected the internal toggle with the actual part you push forward/back. There was a little nub looking thing coming out of the seat, and if you did it just right, you could get the seat back to tilt.

So I though, okay I'll see if I can just glue that. Not surprisingly, the two pieces (internal and external) did glue together. But after a few times using the switch, it busted off. So now I need to replace the 'guts' of that switch, and it would appear I'll need to remove the seat to do that. I'm cool with all that, but does anyone have any tips/leads on where to get a replacement without spending tons of money? Or did I create a 'one off' situation for myself ... I oftentimes do that .:-)

Mike

Mike, it sounds like a one off problem to me. It looks like a trip to the dealership parts dept. Sorry.

That's kind of what I figured - Chances are nobody but me will even notice, since I'm not sure why you'd be tilting the seatback. Maybe if I get bored enough ... I wish I had that problem!
