I have not seen anything on this yet but I have had my 05 Limited for 3 months and when I have the air on in the morning or a rainy day this summer the windshield fogs up and I feel cool air coming out of the defroster vent. I have turned the **** to direct the air but it seems to make no difference and air still comes out of the defroster. Any ideas? Defroster door not shutting off properly? Thanks

 

I have noticed the same problem.
If I close my vents and direct the AC to the windshield the outside of the windshield fogs up from the temperature differential. If I turn off the AC the inside fogs up. I can't seem to find the magic combination.
