My driver's door has an annoying squeak that sounds like Dracula's coffin when opening. It does it almost the entire opening process. I've applied white lithium grease but it hasnt helped at all Also, any hints as how to keep the windows from squeaking also (up and down)...they are tinted. Thanks

 

have you tried penetrating lube???? white grease just stay's on the parts and collects more dirt, and does not penatrate the hinges etc. and make sure your windows are very clean, also check the felt covered parts at the top of the door inside and the outside ones, they can cause squeaking if dirty, also the channel runs inside the door could be the problem as well.
